Hendrick's Gin has been produced in small batches since 1999. Two different stills distil the spirit: in the Bennet Still, the botanicals are co-steeped, while in the Carter Head Still they release their Taste via a flavour basket. The main components of this soft gin are cucumber and Bulgarian rose petals. In addition, Master Distiller Lesley Gracie also adds classic fruits and spices such as juniper berries, iris and angelica root, coriander and cumin seeds, orange and lemon peel, yarrow, chamomile and elderflower, and cubeb pepper.
