The Mermaid distillery is located on the Isle of Wight and produces authentic London Dry Gin. Botanicals from the local coast are used for the ingredients. Among others, juniper, hops, angelica, lemon zest, elderflower, liquorice and violet root, coriander, grains of paradise and, in keeping with the distillery from the coast: sea fennel. Environmental protection should not be neglected either. Therefore, production is always environmentally friendly and almost free of plastic.
