The Ron Canuto 7 y.o. is blended from distillates of different maturation stages. 7-year-old rums form the youngest component before the Blend is stored in barrels for another one to two months. The molasses is extracted from sugar cane harvested in southern Ecuador - and then distilled on a Pot Still. The rum is produced in small batches, matured in American oak barrels, the bottles numbered by hand and personally signed by the Master Distiller.
