This bottling is produced in the solera process, for which 6- to 18-year-old rums are used. Originally named after a famous racehorse in 1985, there are now many bottlings from the distillery. Due to the special location between the Caribbean and the Pacific, unique weather conditions develop that have a special influence on the maturation of this rum. The distillery itself attaches great importance to sustainability and the well-being of its employees.
