The Yaku Wari Cask No. 10 rum is matured for seven years in virgin oak. It comes from Ecuador's coastal province of Manabi in South America. The exquisite sugar cane juice rum was distilled twice by hand in a 100 per cent original Alambik pot still. It is an insider tip, as it comes from one of the 60 Virgin Oaks and also because rums from Ecuador rarely find their way to Europe. In Europe, it is bottled at 48% vol. without colouring and not chill-filtered. Yaku Wari means "untamed water" in the indigenous Quechua language. Like Cask No. 2 and Cask No. 45, Cask No. 10 is one of the brand's first bottlings.
