The Irish Dingle distillery was founded in 2012 by the three brewers Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. After the Single Malt was only bottled in smaller batches for a few years, the first standard bottling for the core range now follows. The triple-distilled malt whiskey matures 61% in PX sherry casks and 39% in classic bourbon casks.
