The Swabian distillery Finch is run by owner and master distiller Hans Gerhard Fink. The grain used for Finch whiskies comes from the distillery's own farm. Fink used classic barley malt for this bottling. After distillation, the whisky matured for at least six years in bourbon and Madeira casks.
