This limited edition matured for between 8 and 30 years using the solera method, resulting in an incomparable Taste of wood and fruit. Originally named after a famous racehorse in 1985, there are now many bottlings from the distillery, which advertises its rum itself as "The Spirit of Costa Rica". Due to the special location between the Caribbean and the Pacific, unique weather conditions develop that have a special influence on the maturation of the rum. The distillery itself attaches great importance to sustainability and the well-being of its employees.
