This single cask of Dingle was bottled exclusively for a German importer. The Irish distillery only produces four casks a day and was built in an old sawmill. Traditional craftsmanship and triple distillation are very important to Dingle and Master Distiller Graham Coull and his team. The cask matures for a total of 8 years in Ireland's mild and humid climate to become one of the oldest Dingle bottlings.
