The Winter Edition of Red Door Gin is distilled from classic botanicals such as juniper, allspice and angelica root with coriander seeds. In addition to the typical gin ingredients, these botanicals also include allspice, blood orange, hop blossom, sea buckthorn and sultanas. Red Door Gin is produced in the Highland distillery Benromach and is named after its distinctive red gates. Behind these gates, the gin is distilled in small batches in the copper pot still called Peggy.
